As the founder of North Hill FLW, Corey pairs his technical expertise with his own lived experience in the justice system to build authentic, high-impact partnerships with mission-driven organizations.
Before aligning his focus with the reform and non-profit sectors, Corey spent over a decade managing high-stakes operations across federal agencies—including the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Labor (DOL), and General Services Administration (GSA)—followed by operational roles with organizations like National Geographic and Zoukis Consulting Group. This unique intersection of lived experience, institutional knowledge, and operational acumen allows him to understand both the systemic realities of the justice system from the inside and the complex regulatory frameworks that non-profits must navigate from the outside.
